Refurbishment: Cardinal Tower, EC1
Project Overview
We were commissioned to submit designs for a competitive tender to redevelop the reception and lobby areas for a large multi-tenancy office building in London. Our design was developed over two weeks using a combination of sketches, CAD and 3d imagery which allowed us to very accurately convey our intent to the client. Our pitch was successful and we were delighted to be awarded the contract which included project management and construction.
Scheme Details
Our design was based around a clean, eye-catching aesthetic with a vibrant colour scheme. We made extensive use of recessed lighting panels and architectural glass in the design. A curved lighting canopy and monolithic wall-feature were constructed above the main entrance. The refurbishment was completed ahead of time and under budget and was received with enthusiasm by client and tenants alike.
